Hancock Industrial Access Ltd have implemented a zero tolerance approach to staff using drugs or alcohol. A 48hr period of abstinence from alcohol is required before any work at height begins. Drug use of any kind will lead to instant dismissal. If a member of staff is suspected of having used drugs or alcohol prior to, or during working hours, they will asked to leave.
