Hancock Industrial Access Ltd are proud of their 100% safety record, every aspect of our working day is based around the safety of our customers, members of the public and our own operatives. You can be assured that every aspect of the work in hand will be undertaken in the safest possible way. To ensure a 100% safety record continues HIA ltd work to a strict safety policy which includes: All work is covered by a thorough risk assessment worked through with the client ensuring that all risks have been addressed and minimalised. A method statement is prepared detailing exactly how the work is intended to progress. This is agreed upon with the client prior to any commencement of works. We employ a level 3 supervisor to oversee all works, at all times. A record of all equipment is catalogued on a list of conformity complying to Industrial rope access trade association (IRATA) and lifting equipment 1998 (LOLER) guidelines and regulations. All rope access and PPE equipment is inspected before each use and each item is given a visual and textile examination by a competent person on a monthly basis. Equipment found to be faulty or showing excess wear is destroyed and disposed off. Our full Health and safety policy can be found here
